The following is a simplistic flow chart for planning an event. It is not intended to be exhaustive or comprehensive. For more information on planning events contact George Yates at glyates@soncare.net

Most churches and ministries fail to plan or do not have the proper understanding of how efficient planning will produce a successful event often with results surpassing your own expectations. For years I have used the tenets of this in churches, and regional event planning.

The old term, “Failing to plan is planning to fail,” is absolutely true. Follow these tenets and be certain all of your events are successful. And of course bathe each step of the plan in prayer.
