When a member is absent and doesn't get a contact we are saying, "We don't care whether you are here or not." Operation of Small Group Bible Study t How to build a great Bible Fellowship - WORK AT IT! tOpportunity of Bible Fellowship - not just another job. tYou get to teach the Bible. t You get to touch lives - make an eternal impact. t You can transform yourself. Optimism of Small Group Bible Study t No negative thinking or talking in our Bible Fellowship - People are in a negative world all week and need to be greeted with a smile, a handshake, and feel a warm positive atmosphere. We want the "Fellowship of Excitement" to be their escape from the negative world. Originality of Small Group Bible Study t Creativity - the best way to grow a Bible Fellowship has not been discovered; be creative in your teaching and outreach. t Don't be afraid to try new things, and support your staff when they do. Outlook of Small Group Bible Study- Vision Where there is no revelation, the people perish; but happy is he who keeps the law.
