SonC.A.R.E. hosts specialty groups for men and women serving as Minister of Education in their church and groups for Sunday School Directors. SonC.A.R.E. Ministries Network Specialty Groups consist of 5-10 individuals serving the local church or similar ministry in a like capacity (i.e. Minister of Education). Each person in the network group receives 12 equipping sessions (one per month), and a monthly 45 minute individual coaching session specifically geared toward his/her individual ministry situation. In addition to these sessions, each member will receive resources for advancing his/her ministry. |

A trained professional coach seeks to elicit solutions and creative strategies from the client.
